This season has seen http://www.everythingibiza.com/ branch out into providing a quality accommodation service to summer workers. Our Long Term Rentals department caters for people who have come to the Island for the Season and need to find somewhere to stay quickly and with minimum fuss. We have a large and varied selection of apartments both in San Antonio Town and in the Bay area, giving workers an excellent choice. Our accommodation ranges from basic blocks to privately owned apartments in residential blocks. Prices vary but you can expect to find the average basic rate per person to be around €300 euros including bills. Generally most apartments have from 1 to 4 bedrooms with a sofa bed in the lounge, meaning that in general workers willing to share acoommodation with friends will reduce their rental costs.

A Long Term Rental means that accommodation is reserved for at least 3 months and normally owners require a deposit equivalent to 1 months rental which is returned at the end of the agreed rental period minus any damages incurred.
